In these Terms & Conditions, the following definitions apply unless the context otherwise requires:
2.1 By clicking "Register," "Create Account," or any equivalent confirmation during the registration process, or by accessing and using the rmcuci Platform in any capacity, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and unconditionally agree to be bound by these Terms & Conditions, together with the rmcuci Privacy Policy and Responsible Gaming Policy, each of which is incorporated herein by reference.
2.2 These Terms & Conditions apply to all use of the Platform regardless of the device or access method used. Use of the Platform via a mobile browser, third-party application, or any other interface is subject to these terms in the same manner as desktop access.
2.3 If you are accessing the Platform on behalf of another person, you represent and warrant that you have the authority to bind that person to these terms, and your agreement constitutes their agreement.
3.1 Age Requirement. You must be at least 21 years of age to register an account or use any Services on the rmcuci Platform. This age requirement is strictly enforced and is non-negotiable. rmcuci reserves the right to request age verification documentation at any time and to suspend or close accounts where the minimum age cannot be confirmed.
3.2 Jurisdictional Eligibility. You are solely responsible for determining whether use of the rmcuci Platform is lawful in your jurisdiction. rmcuci does not represent that access to or use of the Platform is legal in all countries. Players who access the Platform from jurisdictions where online gambling is prohibited do so at their own risk and rmcuci accepts no liability for such use.
3.3 Single Account Policy. You may register only one Account on the rmcuci Platform. The operation of multiple accounts by a single individual is strictly prohibited. Where duplicate accounts are identified, rmcuci reserves the right to merge or close all duplicate accounts and to void any transactions, bonuses, or winnings associated with them.
3.4 Accurate Information. You must provide accurate, current, and complete information during registration. Providing false, misleading, or incomplete information constitutes a material breach of these Terms & Conditions and may result in immediate account termination.
3.5 Account Verification. rmcuci may require you to complete identity verification (KYC) procedures at any time, including but not limited to submission of government-issued identification, proof of address, and proof of payment method ownership. Withdrawal of funds may be suspended pending the satisfactory completion of verification.
4.1 You are solely responsible for maintaining the security and confidentiality of your rmcuci login credentials, including your username and password. You must not share your login details with any third party.
4.2 You must notify rmcuci immediately upon becoming aware of any unauthorised access to or use of your Account. rmcuci will not be liable for any loss or damage arising from your failure to comply with this obligation.
4.3 rmcuci reserves the right to suspend or close any Account at its sole discretion, including where the Account is inactive for a continuous period of 12 months, where there is reasonable suspicion of fraudulent activity, or where continued operation of the Account would breach any Applicable Law.
4.4 Upon closure of your Account for any reason, any balance remaining in the Account will be returned to you via the payment method on file, subject to the completion of any outstanding verification requirements and the deduction of any amounts owed to rmcuci.
5.1 Accepted Payment Methods. rmcuci accepts deposits via Touch 'n Go eWallet, Boost eWallet, and FPX online banking (including Maybank, CIMB Bank, and Public Bank). Available payment methods may vary from time to time and rmcuci reserves the right to add or remove payment options without prior notice.
5.2 Minimum Deposit. The minimum deposit amount is RM 30 per transaction unless otherwise stated in a specific promotional offer.
5.3 Withdrawal Processing. Withdrawal requests are typically processed within 1–4 hours of submission, subject to verification requirements. rmcuci reserves the right to extend processing times where additional security checks are required.
5.4 Withdrawal Method. Withdrawals will ordinarily be returned to the same payment method used for the originating deposit. Where this is not technically possible, rmcuci will arrange an alternative method in consultation with you.
5.5 Currency. All transactions on the rmcuci Platform are denominated in Malaysian Ringgit (MYR / RM). rmcuci does not accept liability for any currency conversion costs incurred by players using international payment methods.
5.6 rmcuci does not charge fees on standard deposits or withdrawals. However, your payment provider may impose its own charges, for which rmcuci accepts no responsibility.
6.1 From time to time, rmcuci may offer bonuses, free bets, or other promotional incentives to registered players. All such offers are subject to specific terms and conditions communicated at the time of the offer, including applicable wagering requirements, minimum odds restrictions, game eligibility, and expiry dates.
6.2 Bonus funds credited to your Account may not be withdrawn as cash until the applicable wagering requirement has been satisfied in full. Bonus funds are separate from your real-money balance and will be used first in accordance with rmcuci's platform settings unless stated otherwise.
6.3 rmcuci reserves the right to withdraw, modify, or cancel any promotion at any time without prior notice. Abuse of promotional offers, including but not limited to multi-accounting, matched betting from a single IP address, or systematic exploitation of bonus structures, will result in forfeiture of all bonus funds and potential Account suspension.
6.4 Only one active bonus may be held per Account at any time unless explicitly stated otherwise in the specific promotional terms.
7.1 All games available on the rmcuci Platform are subject to individual game rules, which are accessible within each game interface. In the event of any conflict between specific game rules and these Terms & Conditions, the specific game rules shall prevail in respect of gameplay matters only.
7.2 In the event of a software malfunction, technical error, or system failure affecting any game, rmcuci reserves the right to void any affected round, bet, or transaction. rmcuci will not be liable for any loss of winnings or funds arising from a technical malfunction beyond its reasonable control.
7.3 rmcuci's decisions on the outcome of any bet, game, or dispute are final and binding, subject to rmcuci's formal dispute resolution procedure.
7.4 Live casino games are subject to the rules of the relevant live dealer studio provider in addition to these Terms & Conditions. Where a dealer error is identified during a live session, the relevant hand or round may be voided and stakes returned at rmcuci's discretion.
8.1 The following conduct is strictly prohibited on the rmcuci Platform and will result in immediate Account suspension, forfeiture of all funds, and referral to relevant authorities where appropriate:

10.1 All content on the rmcuci Platform, including but not limited to text, graphics, logos, game assets, software, and interface design, is the exclusive property of rmcuci or its licensed content providers and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws.
10.2 You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to access and use the Platform for your personal, non-commercial entertainment purposes only. This licence does not permit reproduction, distribution, public display, or commercial exploitation of any Platform content.
11.1 rmcuci collects, processes, and retains personal data in accordance with our Privacy Policy, which is incorporated into these Terms & Conditions by reference. By registering an Account, you consent to the collection and processing of your personal data as described in the Privacy Policy.
11.2 rmcuci will not sell your personal data to third parties for marketing purposes. Data sharing is limited to payment processors, identity verification providers, and regulatory authorities as required by Applicable Law.
12.1 To the fullest extent permitted by Applicable Law, rmcuci excludes all liability for any indirect, special, consequential, or punitive loss or damage arising from your use of or inability to use the Platform, including but not limited to loss of winnings, loss of data, or loss of opportunity.
12.2 rmcuci's total aggregate liability to you for any claim arising under or in connection with these Terms & Conditions shall not exceed the total amount deposited by you into your Account during the 12-month period immediately preceding the date of the claim.
12.3 Nothing in these Terms & Conditions excludes liability for death or personal injury caused by rmcuci's negligence, fraud, or any other matter that cannot be excluded by law.
13.1 rmcuci reserves the right to amend these Terms & Conditions at any time. Material changes will be communicated to registered players via the contact details held on their Account, or by prominent notice on the Platform, not less than 7 days prior to the effective date of the change.
13.2 Your continued use of the rmcuci Platform following the effective date of any amendment constitutes your acceptance of the revised terms. If you do not accept the revised terms, you must close your Account prior to the effective date.
14.1 These Terms & Conditions and all disputes arising from or in connection with them shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the jurisdiction in which rmcuci holds its primary operating licence.
14.2 In the event of a dispute, you should first contact rmcuci's support team via the contact details provided on the Platform. rmcuci will endeavour to resolve all disputes within 14 business days of receiving a formal written complaint. Disputes that cannot be resolved bilaterally may be referred to the relevant licensing authority's dispute resolution mechanism.
